Mr. Graeber s key area of expertise is with Project Development and Environment (PD&E) and Corridor Studies. He also has extensive experience with trail planning and design, ETDM, State and Federal Policy Development and Program Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a Masters of Public Administration from Minnesota State University. </span> <br /> </p><p align="left"><span class="Newsbody"><strong>Mark Hales, PE</strong>, successfully provides engineering and project management services on roadway and transportation projects for the Florida Department of Transportation and municipal government clients throughout Florida. Mark s key areas of expertise include the development of horizontal and vertical alignment alternatives for both urban and rural roadways, intersection and interchange design, limited access highway design and milling and rehabilitation projects.
