Mr. Chuw will assist in the company's marketing and proposal efforts and will be responsible for the drainage design approach fro transportation projects.  In addition, Mr. Chuw will assist in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control process and will be responsible for checking plans and ensuring accuracy.</span></p> <p><span class="Newsbody">Mr. Chuw brings 12 years of experience to Inwood.
