This designation is the result of a permit issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) after review of Mr. Houck's demonstrated experience and training. </span> </p> <p align="left"><span class="Newsbody">Mr. Houck is authorized to provide Inwood's clients with the surveying, excavation, trapping, marking, transporting, and relocating of gopher tortoises.
