The project begins at U.S. 192 (Vine Street) and extends northward to Country Road (south of Osceola Parkway), a distance of approximately two miles. The PD&E Study process will involve the development of roadway improvement alternatives, a comparative evaluation of the social and environmental effects, and the overall costs of each alternative. It is anticipated that the existing five-lane roadway will need to be widened to a six-lane divided urban roadway.</span> </p> <p align="left"><span class="Newsbody">Public Involvement will be an important aspect of the O.B.T/ U.S. 441 PD&E Study. Inwood will use a variety of methods in order to encourage and maintain public involvement in the process, including; public meetings, small group meetings, and a project web site.
