Inwood is responsible for roadway design and construction plans preparation; stormwater analysis, drainage design and permitting; and public information. Moreover, the firm will complete the design of utilities, traffic signalization and signing and pavement markings. </span> </p> <p><span class="Newsbody">The planned improvements to Texas Avenue include widening from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway. The improvements will include 11-foot wide travel lanes; a 15.5-foot, raised, landscaped median; concrete sidewalks; on-road bicycle lanes; street lighting; landscaping and curb and gutter inlets for drainage.
