Construction Oversight Services

Most permitted utility projects require formal certification that construction of the utility has been accomplished to meet the contract and permit requirements. This certification is normally substantiated by construction oversight or construction administration. Inwood's utility engineers and designers are trained and qualified to perform these construction services and have done so on numerous utility projects throughout the state at various levels of involvement based on the client's preference.
