- Florida Transportation Monthly ranked Inwood #19 in their Top 20 Earnings List of Consulting Firms for PD&E for 2005. This listing is based on contracts executed in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005 as reported by Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
- Inwood provided roadway and drainage design, permitting, and traffic control plans as a member of the Design/Build Team that won Florida's Best in Construction 2003 Design/Build Award from the Florida Transportation Builders Association. The $19.3 million widening of I-75 over Lake Panasoffkee Creek in Sumter County was the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five's first major Design-Build Project.
