Alex B. Hull, PE President Over a three-decade career, Alex Hull has provided his expertise in civil and environmental engineering benefiting hundreds of communities throughout the state of Florida. As a founding principal and director of Inwood’s transportation group, he is responsible for its overall organization, mission and focus. Alex also oversees project execution, while providing substantive input in the areas of transportation planning, PD&E studies, highway and bridge design, and permitting for state agencies. Alex is a registered professional engineer and holds a masters degree in engineering from the University of Florida. |

Andrew D. DeWitt, PE Principal and Executive Vice President Andy DeWitt is a founding principal and senior project manager for Inwood’s roadway division. Andy has been successfully completing the planning, designing and permitting of roadways for municipalities, counties, expressway authorities, private clients, and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) since 1984. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s formal quality assurance and quality control programs. Andy is a registered professional engineer with a bachelors of science in engineering from the University Florida. |

Coleman, PE Principal and Executive Vice President As a founding principal and senior project manager for our stormwater division, David Coleman, provides professional engineering services on civil and environmental projects. He has specialized in the delivery of stormwater retrofit design and capital improvement projects since 1990. Edwin H. Buck III, PE Principal and Executive Vice President Ed Buck has provided professional engineering consulting services for transportation agencies in Florida since 1988. As a founding principal and senior project manager, Ed brings extensive experience to the design of municipal roadways, limited access highways and expressways. Derek D. Dean, PE Associate Principal Derek Dean has delivered successful transportation engineering and project management services for roadway projects since 1993, and is responsible for civil engineering planning and design. Derek specializes in the design of limited access highways, expressways, and municipal roadways as well as multi-use trail design, traffic control plans, and specification package preparation. Derek is a registered professional engineer and holds a bachelors of science in engineering from the University of Central Florida. |

Mark Hales, PE Associate Principal Mark Hales has successfully provided transportation engineering and project management services for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), as well as municipal government clients throughout Florida since 1998. Mark’s key areas of expertise include the development of horizontal and vertical alignment alternatives, intersection and channelization design, traffic engineering reports, work zone traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking, signalization, and lighting. |
