Thank you for visiting the Inwood web site and learning more about the Inwood family.  Whether you are an Inwood employee, client, or are considering future employment or a business relationship with us, we hope that your visit to this site provides you with a sense of who we are and what we stand for.

Inwood is guided by a core set of values that we believe to be responsible for the continued success of our organization, the success of our projects, and ultimately the success of our clients.

The definition of success depends on perspective and needs.  At Inwood, we first listen to the needs of those we are serving and then work to meet those needs.  To our clients, success usually means the smooth, efficient and timely implementation of a project or resolution of an issue.  Success for our community means quick and easy roadway improvements and access and an end to major drainage issues. To our employees, success means professional and financial growth in a positive and healthy work environment.  To our company, success means sustainable financial and numerical growth and a solid reputation within the engineering community.

At Inwood, we take pride in the quality of our work – it is a statement of who we are and a representation of our character.  When a report or set of plans is delivered to a client, it is important to us that we know that we have done our best.  Inwood does not equate quality with perfection; therefore, we do not hold ourselves, our clients, or our employees to perfection.  We hold ourselves to doing our best. Because we are committed to learning, our best is always getting better.

With honesty, there is trust, and with trust, there is reliance.  Our clients and our employees rely on us to do what we say we are going to do.  Because of that level of integrity, Inwood has been able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and employees. A clear conscience allows us to sleep well at night.

Staying at the forefront of technology requires regular training programs in the use of the latest software applications; Remote office access to stay connected to address important issues from the field; staying current with the best equipment available allowing unhampered progression in the quality and quantity of work produced.
