Inwood Consulting Engineers, Inc. assisted Orange County with a first round of public meetings they hosted on Monday and Wednesday for the Waterford Lakes Small Area Study. The purpose of the study is to analyze the overall performance of the area roadways and multimodal network. It will result in a report containing a prioritized list of safety and capacity improvements.
The public meetings held this week included a presentation by Christine Lofye, PE, Orange County Project Manager, and an opportunity for property owners within the study area to voice their opinions and assist in the identification of issues for the study. Along with Orange County staff and Inwood PD&E team members, District 4 Commissioner Jennifer Thompson and Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings were amongst those in attendance on Wednesday night.
