Three Inwood Employees Earn Certification

Inwood Consulting Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce that three employees earned their certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.  David Ledgerwood, PE; Josh Spence, PE; and Kevin Iannarone, PE, have earned their registered Professional Engineer designation.  The firm is currently 46 employees strong with 20 registered professional engineers and nine certified engineer interns.
 
David Ledgerwood, PE, has been with Inwood for six years. Ledgerwood provides utility design and utility coordination services on roadway, drainage and utility systems. His key responsibilities include utility coordination, the production of construction plans and specifications, cost estimates, and permitting. Ledgerwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2003.
 
Josh Spence, PE, joined the firm in 2006 and provides stormwater and water resources services.  Spence’s key area of expertise includes watershed and water quality modeling design and permitting projects. He is skilled in the utilization of MicroStation, Geopak, ArcGIS, and ICPR. GIS capabilities include developing geodatabases of topographical, hydrographical, and land use data for planimetric and thematic mapping using ESRI software including ArcMap, Spatial Analyst, 3D Analysist, and ArcPad.  Spence graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UCF in 2004 and earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2006 from UCF.
 
Kevin Iannarone, PE, has been providing roadway engineering design services since 2004. Iannarone’s key areas of expertise include the development of horizontal and vertical roadway alignment alternatives, construction plans production, project estimates and presentation graphics. He is skilled in the utilization of the FDOT Plans Production Manual, FDOT Standard Specification for Roadway and Bridge Construction, FDOT Design Standards and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).  Iannarone graduated in 2005 from UCF with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
